His primary work involves recruiting, consulting, coaching, training, and resourcing church planters and city and regional network leaders. Al is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America, but also serves as a consultant to many denominations and church networks helping them to devise strategies for the planting of new churches or the replanting of old churches in global cities.

Prior to his work the past twenty years with City to City, Al had planted four PCA churches, one in Sevierville, TN while serving on the staff of Cedar Springs PCA in Knoxville, two on the west coast of Florida in New Port Richey and Spring Hill and one just outside of NYC in Oyster Bay, NY.

Elliott Cherry

Elliott has been the Pastor of Midtown Fellowship, 12 South (PCA) in Nashville, TN since 2015. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, he is the middle son of ministry parents, and now considers Nashville home. He is passionate about seeing the gospel of the Kingdom take root in people and in places for the global mission of mending all things. He is married to his wonderful bride of 14 years, Britta, and they have 5 kids that keep them both very busy. In his very limited spare time he enjoys bourbon and basketball - although usually not at the same time.

He is the author of Among Wolves: Disciple Making in the City and Advocates: The Narrow Path to Racial Reconciliation.

Guy is the founding and Senior Pastor of City on a Hill, a church that began in 2007 with a small team and a big vision. Today City on a Hill is a movement of many churches that gathers across multiple locations, in different cities and is united around the central mission of knowing Jesus and making Jesus known. Guy is a passionate communicator of the gospel who is committed to engaging culture with the beauty, truth, and relevance of Jesus. Guy graduated with a BA in Public Relations from RMIT University, has a Masters of Divinity from Ridley College and is currently completing a Doctorate of Ministry with Wheaton College. He is the husband to Vanessa and the father to four children. He is an ordained Anglican Minister and serves as an Archdeacon in the Diocese of Melbourne.

Luchrysta Caswell

Luchrysta is the oldest of five and grew up in a Christian home. She and Lyle met in college and after a few years of marriage, to her delight, God opened a door for them to plant a church in her hometown of Lakeland, FL and raise their 4 kids there. She has over 25 years of experience in ministry, including serving in the local church, leading groups and meeting one-on-one with people.

Luchrysta currently works for Parakaleo as a Florida Network Leader, a Local and Virtual Group Leader, a Trainer and a Coach. Luchrysta can get entangled in pride and unbelief, which expresses itself in grasping for the seat of honor, willfulness, self-righteousness and self-reliance, to name a few. She knows she needs Jesus and the gospel, applying it in the ordinary dailies of life. Doing life and ministry through prayer and community has become a tangible, personal, beautiful way for her to practically live out her dependence on and enjoyment of God’s presence.
