FAQs
We thought it might be helpful to provide you with some answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Who is eligible for housing during the summit?
Host homes are provided for our Currently Funded and Prospective Church Planters and their wives.
Will I be staying in a hotel or host home?
We will be providing a host home for you to stay in. If you would prefer to stay in a hotel, you will need to make your own housing arrangements at your own expense. Check out a list of local hotels.
Can I come earlier than October 3RD and/or stay longer than the 6th?
You can, BUT we can only provide housing for you if you are arriving on October 3rd and leaving on October 6th. If your plans have you arriving earlier or staying later, you will need to make your own housing arrangements at your own expense.
Can I request a specific host family to stay with?
ABSOLUTELY. We love that many of you come back and want to stay with the same host family again. During the registration process, you will be asked if there is a host home you would like to stay with. We will do our best to make that happen!
WHAT IS THE TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT? Can I receive it? If so, when?

I AM A PROSPECTIVE PLANTER. WHEN WILL MY PROPOSAL INTERVIEW BE?
Once you register as a Prospective Planter, we will schedule your interview and notify you as soon as we do. Once you have that information, you will be able to make your flight arrangements. We have limited slots for proposals and may be unable to schedule all of the proposal interviews during the retreat. If yours is not scheduled during the retreat, we will schedule a time in the future to meet with you.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR THE PROPOSAL INTERVIEW?
It is important that before you arrive, the application has been completed and your budget submitted. If we do not have your application and budget, we will not be able to schedule your proposal interview. You can bring with your whatever you want to in order to present your church plant to the board.
